CNN’s Tom Kludt sat down with Alec Baldwin for an exclusive interview for his new political documentary “Andre’s List,” and Baldwin gave some of the most candid and honest answers he’s given about any topic publicly in the last two years.
Baldwin spent time with Kludt during a back-to-back press junket for “Andre’s List” in Detroit, Michigan over the weekend. While in the city, he discussed a variety of topics ranging from the new HBO comedy show he is in the middle of filming in New York, to his upcoming book “Nevertheless,” his life as a father, husband and husband to Hilaria Baldwin, and his deep history with American and African-American leaders. Baldwin also shared his most intense and personal moments in his life, including his earliest memories of the #MeToo movement, the shooting death of an unarmed man in Detroit earlier this year, and the death of his infant daughter three years ago.
